This role focuses on partnering with the Crossborder and Search teams to deliver timely and actionable data insights that support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, conducting ad-hoc analyses, and identifying trends to optimize operations, improve user experience, and increase revenue across international product assortment and onsite search functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ad-hoc data analyses to extract meaningful business insights and support initiatives within the Crossborder and Search domains.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards tracking key performance indicators such as conversion rates, impressions, click-through rates, and assortment contribution.
- Acquire a deep understanding of business operations in both domains to proactively identify opportunities for optimization and performance improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Cross border, Category, Product, and Search teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored insights.
- Manage and prioritize incoming data requests, ensuring timely and clear communication of findings.
- Present analytical results in a structured and actionable manner, making insights accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across all dashboards and recurring reports.
- Support query optimization and streamline data sources used in reporting processes.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing assortment visibility, seller performance, and search relevance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in data analytics or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL at a basic to intermediate level, with the ability to query and transform datasets effectively.
- Basic understanding of search algorithms or the impact of product visibility on user experience and sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly explaining findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and dedication to data accuracy.
