Bidding Specialist (Senior) – Upwork & Fiverr

We are seeking an experienced Senior Bidding Specialist with hands-on expertise in Upwork and Fiverr platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, bidding, and winning projects. This role requires proven experience in proposal writing, client acquisition, and closing deals while ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  Manage and operate company profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms

  Identify relevant projects, write customized proposals, and place bids effectively

  Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions

  Maintain strong follow-up with leads to ensure conversion

  Collaborate with technical teams to prepare scope, timelines, and pricing

  Track bidding performance and work towards monthly targets

  Maintain excellent client relationships to secure repeat business and positive reviews

Requirements:

  2–3 years of proven experience in bidding on Upwork and Fiverr

  Strong command over written English with the ability to write professional proposals

  Ability to understand technical services like Web Development, Mobile Apps, QA, Design, etc.

  Familiar with different pricing models (fixed, hourly, milestone-based)

  Strong negotiation and communication skills

  Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
