Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and maintain supplier invoices, bills, and payment records
  • Organize and manage digital & physical documentation
  • Assist in supplier account reconciliation (invoices vs POs & deliveries)
  • Track outstanding invoices and payments
  • Communicate with suppliers for basic follow-ups (missing documents, clarifications)
  • Perform routine data checks for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare simple Excel reports (invoice logs, payment tracking)
  • Support the accounts team in daily administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (Commerce preferred)
  • 0–2 years of experience in data entry or accounts support
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
