Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely billing statements, itemized statements and account verifications for clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue accurate billing statements, patient account verifications and itemized statements as required.
  • Review and verify billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly balance statements as directed by the billing manager.
  • Meet KPI’s related to production of billing statements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end billing processes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in billing, accounting, or administrative roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing/accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
