Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Body & Paint Service Advisor role based in Karāchi. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their body and paint service needs, and accurately documenting vehicle damage and repair requirements. The Service Advisor coordinates with the body and paint workshop team, prepares estimates, explains work scopes and timelines, and keeps customers informed on repair status. Daily tasks include opening and closing job cards, managing approvals, ensuring parts availability, and monitoring vehicles through the repair process to timely completion. The role also requires checking repair quality before delivery, handling invoicing, resolving customer concerns, and promoting aftersales services and maintenance programs to support long-term customer relationships.

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer-focused Service skills to ensure positive service experiences.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills and professional Communication abilities for clear, respectful interaction with customers and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Aftersales knowledge and experience to manage service processes, promote maintenance programs, and support workshop efficiency.
• Relevant experience in automotive service, body and paint operations, or dealership environments is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Karāchi, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail in documentation and inspections.
• Basic technical understanding of vehicle body repair and paint processes, and familiarity with service management systems or DMS software is an advantage.
• Minimum of a diploma or degree in automotive technology, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in a similar role.
