Branch Manager Halan Microfinance Bank

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead branch operations with a strong focus on microfinance lending and customer relationship management.
• Conduct market research and gather local intelligence to drive branch growth and portfolio quality.
• Monitor performance targets (loans disbursed, recovery rates, PAR) and take corrective actions where required.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships within the community to support lending and recovery efforts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in loan processing and collections.
• Coach, train, and motivate branch staff to enhance performance, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
