Recruit AI is looking for a skilled Branch Manager specializing in Trade Sales to lead the branch located in Landhi, Karachi. This role involves managing daily branch operations, driving sales growth, and expanding the customer base within the trade sector. Although this position does not require managing a team, the ideal candidate must possess strong leadership capabilities to influence and motivate colleagues indirectly. The candidate should have a solid foundation in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and trade industry practices, coupled with a proven track record of meeting business objectives. The Branch Manager will serve as the key representative of the company, maintaining and growing relationships with existing trade customers while identifying new business opportunities. This role demands a strategic thinker who monitors market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to deliver competitive advantages. The successful candidate will ensure that branch operations comply with company policies and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction levels. Proficiency in relevant software tools and solid communication and negotiation skills are essential to excel in this role.
Responsibilities
 

  • Oversee all day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficient business processes and customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with current and potential trade customers.
  • Lead sales initiatives to drive branch revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Expand the branchs customer base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the trade sector.
  • Collaborate with branch staff by providing guidance and motivation to support operational and sales goals.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer requirements to adapt sales plans accordingly.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports on branch activities and present regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
