Role Description
 

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager located in the Karachi Division. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee daily branch sales operations, manage and mentor the sales team, and strategize ways to achieve and exceed sales targets. The responsibilities include developing sales plans, fostering client relationships, identifying market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and maintaining a high level of service quality.
 

Qualifications
 

• Proven expertise in Sales Management, Business Development, and achieving sales targets
• Strong skills in Communication, Leadership, and Team Management
• Proficiency in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Decision-Making
• Experience in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the travel industry, with knowledge of Hajj and Umrah services, is preferred
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
