About the Role

We are hiring a recent graduate to join our team as an entry-level IT Business Analyst. This role is open to candidates based in Pakistan and works on US Central Time hours. No prior BA experience is required; you will learn the role on the job with direct mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Support business analysis activities across client engagements
• Write and edit content, documentation, and client-facing materials
• Build presentations and supporting materials for internal and client meetings
• Facilitate and take part in meetings, capture notes, and track follow-ups
• Assist project teams with coordination, research, and reporting

Requirements

• Recent graduate (Bachelor's degree)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Prior experience (3-5 yrs) in content writing, technical writing, presentation building, and running meetings
• Willingness and ability to work full-time on US Central Time hours
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup

Preferred

• Degree or coursework in an IT-related field
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
• Interest in AI tools and emerging technology
