We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with a passion for understanding business needs, improving processes, and working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will assist in gathering and analyzing requirements, creating documentation, and supporting the development of cutting-edge eCommerce solutions, web applications, custom software, and startup product innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Assist in creating detailed documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and process flows
• Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and performance
• Support in the preparation of project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables
• Work with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure alignment of project requirements
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide insights for project development
• Participate in client meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to gain practical Agile/Scrum experience
• Assist in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and suggesting mitigation strategies
• Provide support in testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet business needs
• Create reports and presentations for internal and client stakeholders
  
   

Qualifications:

 

• Currently pursuing (final year) or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engr., or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, web applications, or software development processes is a plus
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• A keen interest in digital transformation, technology, and innovation
