Business Analyst/Power BI Developer

Sabre Travel Network® is a global business-to-business travel marketplace and consists primarily of global distribution system (GDS) and a broad set of solutions that integrate with the GDS. Travel suppliers including approximately 400 airlines, 125,000 hotel properties, 200 tour operators, 50 rail carriers, 27 car rental outlets and 16 cruise lines to promote, personalize and sell their products to travel management companies use this marketplace.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in identifying business needs, analyzing data, and developing solutions to improve business processes and systems. The Business Analyst will work closely with the Management Team to support various initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in project planning and monitoring, including tracking milestones and identifying risks and issues.
• Develop Dashboards to track the progress against the budgets.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify business needs and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new business processes and systems.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of business needs and solutions.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Having 2-3 years’ experience of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Bi & DAX.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Microsoft BI is a must.

Knowledge of business process modeling and workflow tools is a plus.

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
