Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed business development targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Intermediate with strong experience may also apply).
  • Proven experience in business development or client acquisition—preferably in HR, manpower, or recruitment services.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
