Business Development Executive

We’re looking for highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Executives with proven experience in sales, especially in service marketing and business development. This is a high-pressure, target-based role — ideal for individuals who thrive on performance, persuasion, and passion for growth.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls and secure meetings with potential importers/exporters.
• Introduce and pitch our Customs Clearing, Logistics, and  shipping services
• Convince businesses to switch to our solutions through value-driven sales efforts.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and database.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ year experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with the customs clearing or logistics industry is a big plus.
• Must be passionate about sales and comfortable with cold outreach.
