Role Description

We’re on the hunt for a Business Development Executive who’s ready to make moves and make magic happen!

This full-time, hybrid role in Karachi is all about spotting opportunities, building relationships, and driving growth for our creative powerhouse. You’ll connect with potential clients, craft smart strategies, and help shape how brands see and trust Creative ACE. If you love turning “what ifs” into “heck yes,” this role’s for you.

What You’ll Do

• Find and develop new business opportunities that make brands (and us) shine.
• Generate leads and nurture them into long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with the team to create smart, strategy-backed pitches.
• Manage client accounts like a pro; keeping relationships strong and communication smooth.
• Help shape our business strategy and fuel our growth story.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
• A knack for Business Strategy; and knowing how to make it happen.
• Killer communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in managing client accounts.
• Team spirit, curiosity, and a dash of bold creativity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Bonus points if you’ve danced in the creative or marketing industry before.
