  1. Building in-depth knowledge of the product and keep up with product and/or feature updates.
  2. Explaining the benefits and functions of products, method of preparation and how to use them to achieve the best results.
  3. Explaining to customers the best products for their needs
  4. Identify and reach new customers for the introduction of the product line in order to achieve sales target.
  5. Achieve Sales Target and ensuring no opportunity for cross-selling is missed.
  6. Accepting and processing orders. Ensuring end-to-end completion of the same without any delays to the customer.
  7. Customer obsession is a must. The customer is always right and is always to be spoken with in the politest of manner no matter what the circumstance. Everything in day to day practice should ensure that the customer is kept at the centre of it to provide the best possible customer service.
  8. Monitor Inventory Levels and ensure restocking before running out.
  9. Following up with customers for feedback, repeat orders and any pending payments.
