Technogic Solution is hiring a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand its client base in the IT software sector. The role involves lead generation, sales strategy implementation, client relationship management, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation, market research, and CRM skills, is fluent in English, and works well with sales and marketing teams. The position is suitable for professionals with at least two years of IT software experience or fresh graduates eager to start a career in business development.

Responsibilities

 

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers
  • Introduce company services clearly and professionally
  • Generate leads and schedule meetings or follow-ups
  • Maintain call records and client information
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets
  • Proven experience in cold calling or sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools or willingness to learn
  • Lead generation experience
  • B2B/B2C calling experience

 

Working Hours:

Night shift : 7:00 pm to 3:00 am
