Agay Barho is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our corporate sales team based in Karachi. This role is pivotal in engaging with corporate clients by presenting our innovative digital solutions and driving new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strong relationship building. The ideal candidate will have a background in insurance sales, financial services, or B2B corporate selling, with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. This position requires a highly motivated individual who can work independently, generate leads, and effectively communicate complex product offerings to a diverse corporate audience. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing a healthy sales pipeline, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. While this role does not entail managing a team, it demands a professional demeanor, excellent negotiation skills, and a persistent approach towards prospecting and client engagement. Candidates should be comfortable with frequent client meetings and field visits within Karachi, demonstrating a target-driven mindset and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities
 

  • Identify and proactively develop new corporate sales opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Engage with potential and existing corporate clients through strategic presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Communicate the value and features of Agay Barhos digital solutions in a clear and structured manner to meet client needs.
  • Generate, pursue, and follow up on leads by leveraging cold outreach techniques and personal networking efforts.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent progress toward and achievement of monthly sales targets.
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings, maintaining a presentable appearance and polished attitude.
  • Utilize CRM software and other tools to document client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status accurately.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for business growth.
  • Develop tailored proposals in collaboration with internal teams that align with client requirements and company offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to secure new business contracts and partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the insurance, financial services, or B2B corporate sales sector to effectively position company products.
  • Adapt sales strategies and communication styles to suit different clients and market segments within Karachi.
  • Demonstrate persistence and resilience in overcoming objections and closing sales opportunities independently.
  • Attend networking events and industry functions to establish professional contacts and enhance the companys market presence.
