The role focuses on driving sales growth by generating revenue through SME sales as well as individual post-paid and Mobile Broadband (MBB) connections. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving assigned revenue targets across GSM, MBB, and ESS products by engaging with both SME and individual customers. This position requires effective management of the sales pipeline, ensuring adherence to established processes, and maximizing customer portfolio penetration. The role demands regular interaction with customers, utilizing company unique selling propositions (USPs) and sales tools efficiently to meet customer needs and optimize discount usage. Accurate customer data management and timely reporting are essential components of this position, alongside ensuring business customer contracts are properly executed.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales for SME customers alongside individual post-paid and MBB connections to meet assigned revenue targets.
- Manage and expand the customer portfolio to increase product penetration within existing accounts.
- Execute the sales pipeline strictly following the defined sales process.
- Utilize Zong’s unique selling propositions effectively to align with customer requirements.
- Employ sales tools efficiently to support the sales process.
- Optimize the use of discounts to maximize sales while maintaining profitability.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information for all accounts within the portfolio.
- Conduct daily and weekly visits to both new and existing customers to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.
- Prepare and submit daily visit reports, weekly visit plans, and sales forecasts to ensure transparency and track progress.
- Facilitate the contract signing process for business customers, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in telecom or related industries, with a focus on SME and individual customer segments.
- Strong understanding of GSM, MBB, and ESS product lines.
- Ability to manage and grow a customer portfolio effectively.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customer groups.
