Business Development Manager – Real Estate Commercial Projects

We are looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team for an exciting commercial real estate project. This role involves driving sales, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies for the project.

Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide solutions.

Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Support the Sales Manager in daily operations, including preparing sales reports and tracking performance.

Collaborate with the marketing team to organize events and campaigns.

Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.

Prior experience in sales or real estate is mandatory.
