YOUR TASKS

• Develop and drive industry-focused business development strategies for the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector, positioning DHL Express as a preferred logistics partner
• Identify and secure high-value opportunities across pharmaceutical, medical devices, diagnostics, and clinical supply chains, with a strong focus on time- and temperature-sensitive shipments
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing market insights and advisory on healthcare logistics, regulatory requirements, and customer-specific supply chain needs
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders, influencing decision-making and driving long-term partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem
• Lead complex negotiations and design compliant, specialized logistics solutions aligned with cold chain standards, product integrity requirements, and Good Distribution Practices (GDP)
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and regional stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions, while monitoring industry trends and translating them into actionable growth strategies

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent).
• 3-5 years’ experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences Sector.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation, interpersonal, planning and organizing skills.
• Can perform under pressure and take initiatives.
• Should be able to focus on identifying and understanding each customer’s needs. Expresses and acts on desire to assist customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Have an understanding of supply chain management and express logistic business practices.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
