Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager in Sales based in Karachi. The role involves driving sales growth through client acquisition, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying market opportunities. Responsibilities include strategizing and implementing business plans, conducting sales presentations, and ensuring targets are met. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with team members to achieve overall organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including client acquisition and relationship management
• Proven ability in market research, identifying opportunities, and competitive analysis
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to strategize, implement business plans, and meet or exceed sales targets
• Leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results under tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services is advantageous
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
