Business Development Officer

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

1–2 years of experience in banking or financial sales preferred

Fresh graduates with good communication, references and field interest may also apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new individual and institutional deposit clients through field visits and cold calls
• Achieve monthly/annual targets (CA, SA, term deposits, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with deposit customers
• Promote deposit products and provide personalized banking solutions
• Ensure proper documentation and KYC/AML compliance
• Monitor market trends and share insights for product improvement
• Maintain lead records and submit performance reports
