Penta Express is seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing sales team. The role involves acquiring new customers, maintaining long-term client relationships, and supporting overall business growth within the international courier and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, client visits, referrals, and networking.
Promote and sell Penta Express’s international courier and logistics services to SMEs and corporate clients.
Conduct daily field visits to understand customer needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.
Support Business Development Managers (BDMs) in territory planning and sales strategy execution.
Maintain accurate sales activity records and client data in the company’s CRM system.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service agreements in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Provide excellent post-sales support and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
