Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer at Enrichers Investment Group (Islamabad Office). You will be responsible for new business development, utilizing strong analytical skills to identify opportunities, and working in the finance/trading domain. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Office Timings (5 Days/Week)

· 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Females)

· 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Males)

Responsibilities

· New Business Development and Analytical Skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Customer service orientation

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Lead Generation Strategy implementation (By calling & meeting)

· Converting leads into potential prospect meeting

· Pitching ideas for investment to potential clients

· Maintain and develop successful relationships with potential prospects and existing customers

· Ensure that the client is notified of all the prevailing fundamental factors which may have an impact on product prices

· Skillful negotiations and tenacious follow-up

· Target-driven with a can-do attitude

Qualifications

· Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

· Experience in the investment industry is a plus

· Financial Market domain knowledge and experience is a plus

You will be expected to study the financial market to identity market opportunities and use your business acumen to meet the investment targets set by the Company.
