Business Development / Recovery Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor loan outstanding portfolios and identify potential delinquencies.
• Conduct field visits to assess customer repayment ability.
• Work closely with branch managers and credit officers to ensure prompt recoveries.
• Engage with customers through calls and visits to encourage on-time payments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with banking policies.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of customer data.
• Stay compliant with SBP regulations and other legal guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

Positions Available: 50+ across 30+ cities. 

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field. 

Experience: Fresh to 1 year in the banking sector.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MIS, portfolio management, and recovery strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and banking systems.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong market awareness and relationship management abilities.
