The Business Finance Manager role, based in Karachi, presents an exciting opportunity to influence financial decision-making by managing spending activities, generating insightful reports, and developing strategies to ensure compliance with financial practices across various budgets. This position plays a vital role in maintaining financial discipline and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead variance analysis against budgets and conduct comprehensive budgeting exercises across multiple markets, ensuring accurate monthly accruals for all operational regions. Serve as the primary contact for cost optimization initiatives and support strategic financial planning efforts. Develop and implement controls to manage expenditures within allocated budgets for different markets. Design and maintain financial systems and dashboards to enhance visibility and control over spending, enabling informed decision-making for stakeholders. Identify and report discrepancies or anomalies in spend tracking to Business Leaders and the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. Collaborate with internal teams to refine financial systems and processes, adapting them to evolving business requirements. Partner with data teams to resolve data integrity issues, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial reports.

Required Qualifications
Up to six years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, with knowledge of SQL considered a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive approach to extracting insights and data for impactful decision-making. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on, ownership-driven mindset. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly conveying complex financial information. A bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, with a solid foundation in financial principles.
