About the Role:

Multipack is seeking an experienced Business & Sales Executive (Corporate & Industrial B2B Specialist) to drive growth in our industrial and corporate sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B and industrial sales, relationship building, and closing high-value deals with large clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B corporate and industrial sales (manufacturing, packaging, FMCG, industrial supplies, or related sectors preferred).
• Strong ability to pitch to corporate procurement teams, industrial buyers, and large accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong business development skills with an established corporate/industrial network.
• Karachi-based candidates only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand Multipack’s industrial and corporate client base.
• Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients across industries and manufacturing sectors.
• Conduct corporate meetings, industrial site visits, and negotiations.
• Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
• Provide market insights to support strategy and business planning.

Compensation Package:

• Total Salary: PKR 80,000 – 100,000 (based on experience)
• Commission: Attractive commission structure on corporate/industrial sales
