Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Agent located in the Karachi Division. The Call Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing customer support, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. The Call Agent will also be expected to communicate effectively with team members, adhere to company protocols, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
