Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Agent located in the Karachi Division. The Call Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing customer support, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. The Call Agent will also be expected to communicate effectively with team members, adhere to company protocols, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

 

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Proficient in maintaining accurate records and data entry
  • Team collaboration and adherence to company protocols
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is beneficial
