Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent in Karachi. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling outbound calls to generate leads and convert sales. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for communicating product information to customers, encouraging them to buy different product packages, and guiding the customer in the purchase process. The role will require good communication skills, a customer-centric yet sales-focused mentality, computer familiarity, and a strong desire to develop/apply a skillset in Sales.

This job offers a basic salary as well as uncapped sales commission.

Qualifications

  • Work experience in tele-sales campaigns of Du and/or Etisalat is a plus
  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Computer Literacy
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to solve/answer our customers' problems and queries in real-time
  • Fluency in English and Urdu; additional languages are a plus
  • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent; a college/university degree is preferred
