This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent in Karachi. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling outbound calls to generate leads and convert sales. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for communicating product information to customers, encouraging them to buy different product packages, and guiding the customer in the purchase process. The role will require good communication skills, a customer-centric yet sales-focused mentality, computer familiarity, and a strong desire to develop/apply a skillset in Sales.
This job offers a basic salary as well as uncapped sales commission.
