Call Center Agent-Female (Night Shift)

We are looking for a confident and fluent female Call Center Agent to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls. Maintaining a professional and positive attitude throughout all customer interactions is crucial. This is a full-time, in-person position located in PECHS, Karachi, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 2:30 AM. To ensure convenience and safety, transportation is provided via a pick and drop service exclusively for female employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls with efficiency
- Communicate clearly and confidently to address customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain a courteous and positive demeanor during all interactions
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
