Call Center Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Call Center Representatives based in Karachi.

The job duties include initiating outbound calls, providing product information to potential customers, guiding customers through the process of sales, establishing and maintaining follow-ups and internal records.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Call Center industry is preferred but not compulsory. Freshers are welcome to apply
• Experience in tele-sales/sales is highly desirable but not mandatory
• Computer Literacy
• Fluency in English
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Minimum education: Matric or equivalent
• Minimum age: 18
• Must be able to work from our office (Tariq Road, P.E.C.H.S Block 2, Karachi)
