We are delivering innovative digital solutions to global clients in mobile apps, AI, 2d/3d animation, and custom development. We’re scaling our customer experience team and are looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
• Meet and exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction and response time.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset.
• Minimum intermediate or graduate-level education.
• Previous experience in customer support or telesales is a plus.
• Fresh candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
