Call Center Sales Representative

We are looking for energetic and persuasive Call Center Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging potential customers, and driving sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.

Present and promote company products/services to prospects.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.

Record customer information, call details, and sales progress in CRM.

Follow up on leads to maximize conversion opportunities.

• Ensure excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in telesales, call center, or customer service (fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also apply).

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
