Key Responsibilities:

Only for Female candidates.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, offering products and services to potential and existing customers.
Generate new sales leads through effective communication and by understanding customer needs.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, issues, and concerns in a professional manner.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Accurately record customer interactions and update CRM systems with relevant information.
Keep up to date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate offers to customers.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve company goals and enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications:

16 years Graduate.
Proven sales experience, preferably in a call center or tele-sales environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
