Role Description The Call Center Telemarketer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Karachi South District. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introducing Madtech Digital’s services, and generating interest in web development, custom development, and digital marketing solutions. The Telemarketer will schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the call tracking or CRM system. Daily responsibilities include engaging customers with clear and professional communication, handling basic inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to meet lead generation and conversion targets. The role requires consistent adherence to scripts and guidelines while adapting to customer needs, and contributing feedback to improve call strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications

 

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle calls professionally and respond to inquiries clearly.
  • Candidates should possess Sales and Appointment Scheduling skills to generate leads, book meetings, and support the sales pipeline.
  • Candidates should possess Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with customers, navigate objections, and maintain positive interactions.
  • Proficiency in using call center software or CRM tools, with good typing and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work on-site full time in Karachi South District, with reliability and punctuality.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, call center operations, or sales is preferred but not strictly required.
  • Comfort working with targets and metrics, and the ability to adapt to scripts, feedback, and changing campaign needs.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
