Role Overview

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Calling Agents to join our team at the Lahore office. This is a full-time, on-site role, ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who excel in a target-driven environment. The position offers a competitive salary plus commission based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients regarding immigration services
• Handle inbound queries from clients in a courteous and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and follow-ups
• Meet or exceed monthly calling and conversion targets
• Represent the organisation with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

• Intermediate or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu
• Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles
• Confident, results-driven, and self-motivated
• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage

Experience

• Prior experience in a call centre or telemarketing environment is preferred

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
