Role Description

The Calling Agent / Enrollment Advisor is a full-time hybrid role based in Karachi Division. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective students and their families, guiding them through the enrollment process, addressing inquiries, and providing accurate and timely information about the Academy’s programs and offerings. The role also entails maintaining positive relationships with current and prospective learners, following up with leads, and achieving enrollment goals aligned with the Academy's mission.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for building rapport with prospective students and families
• Detail-oriented with organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple inquiries and ensure timely responses
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or database systems
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities
• Knowledge or experience in the education sector, especially in distance learning or Islamic education, is a plus
• Previous sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is preferred
