Calling Agent – Medical Billing Receptionist

Workflow Hub is seeking a highly skilled and professional Calling Agent – Medical Billing Receptionist with excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical billing inquiries, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and patient support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls professionally and assist patients with billing-related queries.
• Make outbound calls to insurance providers and patients for claim follow-ups.
• Schedule appointments and update patient records accurately.
• Verify insurance details and process medical billing transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth communication process.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution and issue escalation.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in medical billing, customer service, or a receptionist role is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical billing systems and insurance claims is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-call volumes.
• Must be comfortable working night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
