Calling Sales Executive

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 13-B, Karachi (On-site)
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays may be required)

About the Role

We are actively hiring a motivated and results-driven Calling Sales Executive to join our growing Design & Development team. The ideal candidate should have experience in outbound and inbound calls, client communication, and closing deals for international markets, particularly the US and Canada.

This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication, persuasion, and customer engagement skills who are passionate about sales growth and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound cold calls to potential clients in the US & Canadian markets.
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Present company services professionally and close sales opportunities.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in calling sales, telemarketing, or lead generation within the design or digital services industry.
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle cold calling and client objections confidently.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a team environment.
