Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team at an educational institution in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of MS Office and InPage, along with basic knowledge of accounting practices such as maintaining a Day Book. This role requires good communication and administrative skills to support daily operations effectively. The position is based on-site, and candidates who are hostelized will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize MS Office and InPage software efficiently to manage documentation and communication.
- Maintain accurate accounting records, including day-to-day bookkeeping activities.
- Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning within the educational environment.
- Communicate effectively with staff and students to facilitate operational needs.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office and InPage applications.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices, particularly related to day-to-day financial record keeping.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational and administrative capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience working within an educational institution is highly desirable.
- Candidates residing in hostels will be preferred.
- The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000.
- Work location is in person at the Lahore office.
