Are you passionate about creating snappy, scroll-stopping reels?
Can you turn a simple clip into a story people want to share?
Then you might be the CapCut wizard we're looking for.

Marminova is looking for a Reel Editor Intern who lives and breathes content. This is a remote, paid internship where you'll get hands-on experience crafting high-performing short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

What You’ll Do
🎥 Edit 1–3 reels per day using CapCut (mobile or desktop)
📌 Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, cuts, zooms, hooks, etc.
🧠 Apply creative judgment based on platform trends
💬 Work with our team to repurpose podcast content, talking-head videos, and B-roll
🚀 Suggest new ideas to improve engagement and retention

What We’re Looking For
Comfortable using CapCut (experience required)
Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual rhythm
Knowledge of social media trends, memes, and formats
Good command of English
Reliable and consistent — able to meet deadlines
Access to a stable internet connection and a capable device for editing

Bonus Points
Experience editing content for Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts
Ability to suggest hooks, titles, or improvements
Past experience creating content for a personal brand, client, or page
