Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual to handle all tasks related to company car maintenance and outdoor operational work. The role also includes maintaining accurate records and sheets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance, servicing, and repairs of company vehicles.
- Ensure timely oil changes, tire replacements, and overall vehicle upkeep.
- Coordinate with workshops, service providers, and mechanics for smooth operations.
- Handle all outdoor tasks assigned by management, including operational support.
- Maintain proper logs, sheets, and records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and expenses.
- Monitor vehicle condition and report any issues to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum: Matric/Intermediate (with basic MS Excel knowledge)
- Preferred: Diploma/Certification in Auto Mechanics or relevant field
- Plus Point: Graduate with experience in fleet management or operations
- Proven experience in vehicle maintenance coordination or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of car mechanics and servicing schedules.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Salary Package 40,000-50,000 (depending on experience)
