Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a CCTV Monitoring Officer based in Karachi. The CCTV Monitoring Officer is responsible for continuously monitoring live CCTV feeds across branches, ATMs, and critical bank premises to identify suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards. The role involves promptly reporting incidents to the security team and relevant branch personnel, documenting events in logs, and escalating issues according to established protocols. The officer will regularly review recorded footage for investigations, assist with incident analysis, and support compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements. The position also includes checking camera functionality, reporting technical faults, coordinating with IT or vendors for timely resolutions, and maintaining confidentiality of all visual data and reports.

Qualifications

• Strong observational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify unusual behavior or security risks on CCTV feeds.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, video management software, and basic troubleshooting of monitoring equipment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for incident reporting, log maintenance, and coordination with security and branch teams.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures, maintain confidentiality, and work with integrity under minimal supervision.
• Comfort working in a control-room or monitoring environment, including extended periods of screen time and shift-based schedules if required.
• Basic knowledge of bank security protocols, safety standards, or prior experience in security operations, law enforcement support, or surveillance monitoring is an advantage.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in security management, criminology, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets) for preparing reports and maintaining digital records.
