CCTV Monitoring Officer

Job Purpose

Responsible for monitoring CCTV cameras across all company outlets, warehouse, and office premises to ensure the security of employees, customers, inventory, and company assets. The role involves identifying suspicious activities, monitoring operational compliance, reviewing footage, and promptly reporting security concerns to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV feeds continuously across assigned locations.
• Identify and report theft, suspicious activities, unauthorized access, and policy violations.
• Review CCTV footage for investigations, complaints, and stock discrepancies.
• Maintain daily monitoring and incident reports.
• Escalate security incidents promptly to the relevant management.
• Ensure CCTV systems are operational and report technical issues.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of CCTV footage and information.
• Coordinate with Store Managers, Operations, HR, and Security teams when required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, security, or loss prevention.
• Retail/warehouse experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of CCTV systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work shifts and maintain confidentiality.

Location: Nazimabad S.I.T.E Area, Karachi
Timings: Mon - Sat (9:00 am - 6:00pm)
