Key Responsibilities:
Continuously monitor and review live CCTV camera feeds to observe activities in designated areas of the premises (e.g., building, parking lot, entry/exit points).
Identify and report suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or any irregular behaviour that may pose a security threat.
Document significant events or incidents observed during monitoring and generate reports for security management.
Detect and respond to security incidents in real-time, such as theft, vandalism, workplace safety hazards, or emergency situations.
Take necessary action in case of emergencies, such as contacting law enforcement, emergency medical services, or fire departments, as required.
Ensure proper storage and retrieval of recorded CCTV footage for future reference, legal purposes, or investigations.
Regularly back up recorded footage in compliance with company data retention policies and legal guidelines.
Ensure CCTV cameras, monitors, and related surveillance equipment are functioning properly.
Perform routine checks on camera positioning and coverage to ensure complete surveillance coverage of key areas.
Regularly review and update security monitoring procedures in alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in security operations, surveillance, or safety is a plus.
Experience:
Experience 06 Months to 1 Year in CCTV surveillance or a security-related role is preferred.
Familiarity with CCTV equipment and security software (e.g., DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras).
