Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chat-based Customer Support Specialist located in Karāchi. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support through chat, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering technical assistance as needed. They will also analyze customer issues to provide effective solutions and maintain positive customer relationships.
