Chat-Based Sales Executive (Comics & Character Art)

Salary: PKR 80,000 – 100,000+ per month
Position: Team Lead – Chat-Based Sales
Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Days: Monday – Saturday
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in chat-based sales, lead generation, or online sales.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of DeviantArt, Twitter/X, Pixiv, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience generating leads and converting chats into sales.
• Experience selling custom comics, character art, illustrations, or digital artwork is highly preferred.
• Strong English communication, typing, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, follow-ups, and customer conversion.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and monitor the Chat-Based Sales Team.
• Guide team members on lead generation, client engagement, and sales conversion.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance.
• Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and overall sales.
• Handle and assist with high-value or difficult client conversations.
• Train and coach team members on chat-based sales techniques.
• Ensure effective follow-ups and maximize sales opportunities.
• Prepare and report daily/weekly sales performance.
• Drive the team toward achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Experience

2+ years in chat-based sales, online sales, lead generation, or a similar role, with proven experience in team leadership and sales performance.
