Chat Support Executive

Amanrasoft Pvt Limited is looking for a friendly and proactive Chat Support Executive to join their team for the night shift. This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy helping others and are comfortable working during nighttime hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service through chat, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat.
- Provide accurate information and clear solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by following company protocols.
- Accurately log all chat interactions in the company’s system for record-keeping.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to work consistent night shifts.

- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using chat platforms.
