Qualification

• B.E. Chemical Engineering

Experience

• 10–12 years of experience in a continuous process industry
• Mandatory hands-on experience with DCS and SCADA systems

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and control plant operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth and safe production.
• Monitor process parameters through DCS/SCADA and take corrective actions as required.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance, utilities, and safety teams to minimize downtime.
• Handle shift-wise manpower deployment and provide on-the-job guidance to operators.
• Analyze process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain shift logs, reports, and handover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE regulations, and operational targets.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
