  • Develop technical designs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for rehablitaiton of water supplies schemes, RO plant,  latrines at schools, healthcare facilities (HCFs), and households, incorporating culturally appropriate, environmentally sound, and "build back better" approaches.
  • Design WASH and community infrastructure in line with established engineering standards and project requirements.
  • Supervise all WASH-related construction and emergency response works, including water supply systems, school and HCF sanitation facilities, and other community infrastructure.
  • Oversee installation and operational start-up of water supply systems, RO Plants and latrine construction; provide ongoing technical support to contractors/vendors.
  • Ensure all construction activities are conducted according to approved designs, BOQs, and engineering standards, coordinating with relevant government departments when required.
  • Ensure the proper storage, delivery, and record-keeping of materials, equipment, tools, and consumables at worksites.
  • Conduct monthly evaluations of program activities to assess progress and impact.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports regularly, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Suggest adjustments to activities based on field realities and evaluation findings.
  • Lead sanitation and environmental health activities, including waste drainage management and hygiene promotion.
  • Handover completed WASH infrastructure to beneficiaries and relevant government departments.
  • Responsible to ensure and maintain quality of work, and use of good quality material in all construction work as per the approved BOQs and Drawing.
  • Any other official tasks assigned by the line manager.
